What you can host

What could you do here?

We want the building to be active throughout the week and used by a broad range of people. You do not need to be an artist or arts organisation to use the venue.

Creative workshops and classes

Run painting, drawing, craft, photography, writing, music or other creative sessions in an environment with a long connection to arts and learning.

Meetings and away days

Bring your team together somewhere different for planning sessions, training, away days and collaborative work.

Community activity

Local organisations, clubs and community groups can use the building for meetings, activities, learning and events.

Courses and learning

Host short courses, training programmes, talks or regular classes.

Exhibitions and cultural events

The building's history and gallery spaces make it a natural setting for exhibitions, talks, performances and cultural events.

Wellbeing and movement

The spaces may also suit yoga, meditation, movement, wellbeing workshops and small group sessions.

Talks and presentations

Rehearsals

Small events and gatherings

Pop-ups and special events

Have an idea that does not fit neatly into one category?

We are interested in hearing from people who want to experiment with new uses for the building, from temporary projects and pop-ups to collaborative community events.
